Ann Arbor is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Ann Arbor follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Just came in at tire center with a screw in my front tire and the young man there tells me to bring it in tomorrow morning.itβs a emergency because Iβm just getting here from San Antonio,Texas but I insisted to call the manager thatβs when he came back and took care of it . So Special Thanks to the manager! And Costco taking care of my emergency need! Great store Thanks again to the management

Purchased new tires from the desk. Was told theyβre great quality with a lifespan of 40k-50k miles. Brought them in 2y later (only 20k miles) due to a tire losing air, and was told they wouldnβt look for a leak because the tires are βtoo worn.β Was also told that because I didnβt get tires rotated every 6-8k miles that any warranty on the tires is voided. Horrible service. Horrible product.

Bought the tires online, following the detailed instructions online to match everything properly. Arrived at Costco for my scheduled appt once I received an email my tires had arrived. The woman who handled drop off, also handled my pick-up as well. She was very polite and courteous, just like every other costco employee I've interacted with. Went over info, she quoted 1-1.5hr once my appt tome arrived (I was early). They finished just under an hour. Informed me I had paid for a part that wasnt necessary so refunded it to me. She then went over in detail how to register my tires, went over all the free services provided by costco (ie balancing, rotations etc), also went over some issues with my vehicle that they would recommend I get checked out. All in all, a great experience! I'm just shocked at these negative reviews.

Costco AA tire center is going to hate this one! You need to get it together because your service is terrible no matter how nice your staff is! I made an appointment for a simple tire repair so I would not expect to wait 2 hours for it be done then to add more insult you charged me for a valve stem I did not need, told me there is no hole when I told you I saw and heard it with my own eyes and ears but maybe because Iβm a woman I donβt know what Iβm talking about? Well, guess what I left Costco went down the road watching my tire losing air already and went to a REAL tire shop that repaired the hole.

For the first time ever we tried the Tire Center at Costco. Purchased 2 new tires almost 3 weeks ago & scheduled for installation (as required). Were told tires would arrive βin a few daysβ. After I didnβt hear back, I called. Tires were still not in. A few days later they called to say tires had arrived. (3 weeks later) Dropped car at 3:30pm was told they would finish 1 hour to 1hour & 15 minutes. An hour later I received a call to say theyβd just pulled car in. Were told in addition to the 2 front worn tires that both rear tires were βdamagedβ - one with a nail and the other with a tear in side wall. I know it sounds crazy, but an automotive place had just serviced the car as well, I glanced at but never saw this damage prior to dropping off the car. Also felt like this was quite a coincidence that the 2 βbestβ tires with tread were now βdamagedβ and also needed to be replaced. No accusation here just suspicion. Costco suggested we buy all 4 new tires at ticket price of about $170 each. (For a 2009 Honda accord so not the biggest tire) The situation felt off/odd - so I phoned my partner. My partner Recommended we keep to original plan and have them replace the two (rear) dama
